摘要
目的:探讨积雪排毒汤(积雪草、淫羊藿、黄芪、生地黄、茯苓、金樱子、大黄、丹参、葛根、当归等药物组成)治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)的临床疗效。方法:选取CRF患者66例,随机分为两组,每组33例。治疗组给予积雪排毒汤煎剂口服治疗,对照组给予爱西特片口服治疗,疗程为1月。治疗前后分别检测血清肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr),血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)。结果:治疗组总有效率76%,明显优于对照组的52%(χ2=4.190,P<0.05),两组疗效差异有统计学意义。治疗组治后Scr比治前明显下降(t=9.368,P<0.05),治后治疗组Scr比对照组明显下降(t=2.121,P<0.05),其差异有统计学意义。BUN治疗组、对照组其差异均无统计学意义(t=0.409,P>0.05)。结论:积雪排毒汤治疗CRF比爱西特片疗效更佳,能有效降低Scr,降低BUN的疗效与爱西特片相似。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Jixue paidu tang＂ （Herba centellae. Herba epimedii. Radix astragall. Rehmannia dride rhizome. Poria. Fructus rosae laevigatae. Radix et rhizoma rhei. Radix salviae milfiorrhiae. Radix puerariae. Radix angelicae sinensis, et al } on the treatment of chronic renal failure （ CRF） . Methods ： 66 cases of CRF were randomly divided into two groups： The treatment group including 33 cases were treated by the Jixue paidu Tang and control group （33 cases） were treated by the Adsorptive. The time of the atment was one month. The level of serum creafinine （ Scr） and blood urea nitrogen （ BUN ） were observed before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76% and markedly higher than that of the control group which was 52% （x^2 = 4.190, P 〈 0.05）.The difference of therapeutic effect between two groups has statistical significance. Before taking the Jixue paidu tang, the level of Scr in treatment was [ （468.70 ± 172.41）mmol/l]. After treating 1 month, The level of Scr markedly decreased [（310.97 ± 162.44） μmol/l, t = 9.368, P 〈 0.05] as compared with the level of Scr of the control group [ （408.58± 208.49 ）μmol/l, t = 2.121, P 〈 0.05 ]. The difference between two groups has statistical significance. But the level of BUN is during the period of treatment; its difference has not statistical significance （ t = 0.409, P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusions ： The Jixue paidu Tang is more effective in treating CRF than the Adsorptive.
