摘要
铅最强的有害作用就是其神经毒性,发育中的大脑对铅的神经毒性作用极其敏感。该文从铅与钙离子的竞争作用、铅对神经递质的影响及其对海马神经元的脂质过氧化损伤作用三个方面综述了近几年来铅神经毒性细胞机制的研究进展。
The most severe adverse effect of lead is neurotoxicity. The brain in development is extremely sensitive to lead. The present paper reviewed the research advances in cell mechanisms of lead neurotoxieity achieved in recent years , namely the competition effect with calcium ion, the impaet on neurotransmitter, the lipid peroxidation damage on hippoeampus neuron.
