摘要
目的:探讨乳腺1号方治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效及其对乳腺增生患者黄体期血清性激素失调的调整作用。方法:选择自2002年3月—2004年9月治疗的167例乳腺增生病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,设立治疗组85例,治疗组给予乳腺1号方口服,对照组82例,给予乳癖消口服,将其治疗结果进行对比分析;并检测2组治疗前后黄体期血清E2、P、T、LH、FSH、PRL6项性激素水平,分析治疗疗效与性激素变化的关系。结果:治疗组总有效率91.8%,明显高于对照组;治疗组血清性激素发生改变,E2、PRL降低,P、T则回升,其中PRL、T变化有显著性差异;对照组治疗前后性激素E2、PRL降低,P、T回升,但无显著性差异。结论:乳腺1号方通过调理性激素水平,治疗乳腺增生病疗效确切,且无任何毒、副作用。
Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of Ruxian Ⅰ prescription in patients with cystic hyperplasia of breast, and how to regulate the disorder of serum sex hormone on lutealphase. Methods ： All 167 patients, from Mar. 2002 to Sept. 2004, were randomly divided into a treatment group and a comparison group. The treatment group was given Ruxian Ⅰ prescription,but the comparison group was given Rupixiao by oral administration. Before and after treatment, we respectively count and compare the level of sex hormone including serum E2 ,P,T,LH,FSH and PRL, then analyse the relationship between therapeutic effectiveness and level of sex hormone. Results： The total effective rate was 91. 8% in treatment group. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference. Before and after treatment, the content of serum P and Tinereased but E2 and PRL decreased. Especially about PRL and T,there was a significant difference in treatment group, Compared with the treatment group, the changes about these items were the same but there was no significant difference in comparison group. Conclusion ： Ruxian Ⅰ prescription to treat cystic hyperplasia of breast can get exact therapeutic effectiveness by regulating the level of sex hormone. Further more, it has no side - effect.
