摘要
概述了金属与陶瓷钎焊、扩散焊与部分瞬时液相连接采用的中间层(又称过渡层)的研究现状。按组合方式不同,把中间层分为单层中间层、复合中间层和梯度中间层3类,并分别给予介绍。同时,对SiC陶瓷及SiC陶瓷基复合材料与金属连接时中间层材料的选取进行了分析。
The research progress of interlayer used for brazing, diffusion bonding and partial transient liquid phase bonding （PTLPB） of metals and ceramics was discussed. According to different assembled methods, the interlayer is divided into single-layer interlayer, composite interlayer and gradient interlayer which are introduced respective ly. The interlayer of joining SiC ceramics and SiC ceramics matrix composite to metals is also analyzed.
