建立现代企业制度,是市场经济体制微观主体构造的必要条件,而对国有企业股权结构改革,实现股权多元化,是现代企业制度确立的必然选择。在国有企业产权制度改革过程中,通过什么方式减持国有资本,通过什么途径构建国有企业多元化的股权格局,是一个非常重要的理论和现实问题,它不仅涉及到市场经济体制改革成败,也影响着我国经济政治和社会的稳定。
The establishment of modem enterprise system is the essential condition in the market economy system.
