摘要
不同的植物启动子使植物基因具有不同的表达特性,按其作用方式大体可以分为3类,即组成型启动子、诱导型启动子和组织特异性启动子。另外还有两类较为特殊的启动子——双向启动子和可变启动子。在这些启动子中,除了含有基本启动子外,还存在一些特异的顺式调节元件,这些顺式调节元件在基因的特异表达中发挥重要作用。不同类型的启动子在植物基因工程中得到广泛的应用。
The characters of the plant gene expression were controlled by gene promoters. Plant gene promoters include constitutive promoter, inducible promoter, tissue-specific promoter, dual promoter and alternative promoter. Those promoters conrain a core promoter and some special cis controlling elements. Those cis controlling elements play an important role in specific expression of plant genes. The different plant gene promoters were widely used in plant gene engineering.
