摘要
二维红外相关光谱法是二维相关光谱技术在红外光谱领域的渗透和发展,已成为光谱分析中重要的研究方法之一。综述了二维红外相关光谱法的发展历程、获取谱图的方法、相关原理、谱图的性质及解释规则,并举例说明其在聚合物、化学、生物学、中药学、液晶材料等领域的应用。
Two- dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy (2DIR).was introduced in this paper. Furthermore, a great of emphasis was put on the analyses and study of the developmental protess of 2DIR such as the way to obtain spectrum, the fundamental relative principles and the properties and explanation rules of spectrum in 2DIR. In addition, a few examples were introduced to present its applications in polymer, chemistry, biological science, Chinese medicine and liquid Crystal materials and so on. And two-dimensional correlation infrared spectroscopy (2DIR) is the penetration and development of two - dimensional correlation spectroscopy (2DCOS) in the infrared spectral field, which has been one of the most important methods for spectroscopy.
