摘要
目的建立测定参芪补血冲剂多糖的含量的方法。方法于486nm波长处用分光光度法测定参芪补血冲剂中果糖的舍量。结果果糖在10-60μg/ml之间与溶液吸光度值线性关系良好,r=0.999,果糖的平均加样回收率为102.2%,RSD为0.82%(n=5)。结论方法简便、快捷、可靠性高,准确性和重现性好,可用于复方制剂质量控制。
Objective To develop a method for determination of Polysaeeharide in Shenqibuxue Granule. Methods The content of soluble Polysaccharide was determined by speetrophotometry at the wavelength of 486 nm. Results Between fructose over the range of 10 - 70 μg/ml and the optical density, there existed a good linear relationship (r = 0. 999, n = 6). The average recovery of the added sample was 102.5% and RSD was 0. 82% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The proposed method is convenient, economic, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for quantitative analysis of Polysaccharide in Shenqibuxue Granule.
