摘要
目的观察针药结合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为针药组40例、中药组40例和针灸组40例。采用记分法,通过评定神志、语言、运动功能的恢复程度进行临床疗效的对比观察,同时观察、比较各组治疗前后血脂、血液流变学、内皮素等指标的变化。结果针药组总有效率95.0%,中药组总有效率77.5%,针灸组总有效率82.5%,针药组和中药组、针灸组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.01);针药组对血脂、血液流变学、内皮素等指标的改变明显优于中药组和针灸组(P<0.01)。结论针药结合治疗脑梗死对神经功能的恢复优于单纯中药、单纯针灸治疗。
Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effects of combined acupuncture and Chinese medicine in treating cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases were randomly divided into three groups：combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine group （n=40）,Chinese medicine group （n=40） and acupuncture group （n=40） . Their therapeutic effects were compared by evaluating the recovery degree of consciousness, speech and motor function. Blood lipids,hemorheology and blood ET were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine group,77.5% in the Chinese medicine group and 82.5% in the acupuncture group,P〈 0.05. Changes of these targets in the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine group have more significant difference than that in the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine for the treatment of cerebral infarction is more beneficial than that of acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
