摘要
目的优选β-环糊精(-βCD)包合香薷超临界提取精油的工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验,以包合物得率及包合物含油率两个指标,考察β-CD与精油的比例、包合温度、搅拌时间三个因素对-βCD包合香薷超临界提取精油工艺的影响。结果优选得最佳工艺:-βCD∶精油为6∶1(g∶mL),包合温度为60℃,包合时间为2 h。结论包合方法工艺简单,方便实用,有效地提高了香薷超临界提取精油的稳定性。
Objective To optimize the preparation procedure of inclusion complex of Elsholtziae volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin. Methods Three factors related to the inclusion rate including ratio of volatile oil toβ-cyclodextrin, inclusion temperature and time, were optimized based on orthogonal design. Results The optimized inclusion conditions were as follows : ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin 1 : 6 ( g: mL), inclusion temperature 60℃ and inclusion time 3 h. Conclusion The method is a simple, reliable and efficient inclusion procedure of volatile oil withβ-cyclodextrin.
