摘要
图书馆员的素质与图书馆的发展息息相关,对馆员进继续教育,是图书馆事业发展的必需。应采取多种途径,从职业道德、图书馆专业知识、计算机网络知识、外语水平、信息能力及创新技术等方面,全面提高馆员的综合素质。
The quality of the librarian is closely linked with development of the library. Reeducating the librarian is necessary to the library . In order to improve the librarian＇s overall qualities,we should take many methods, such as professional morality, library professional knowledge, computer and network knowledge, foreign language, ability of processing information and technology innovating, etc.
