摘要
用有限时间热力学方法分析可逆热交换和有限速率热交换条件下半导体热泵的性能,导出其供热率、供热系数与电流关系,并研究供热率密度(对总传热面积平均的供热率)优化。
The performance characteristics of a semiconductor heat pump with infinite and finite rate of heat transfer is studied using finite-time thermodynamics. The relations between heating load and current, and between COP and current are derived. The specific heating load, defined as the heating load per unit total heat exchanger surface area ,is adopted as the objective for the heat pump perfor-mance optimization.
