摘要
本文通过对不同海拔高度藏汉族青年的400幅脉图分析后认为，不同海拔高度健康藏汉族青年脉象留的取脉压力在不同海拔高度、不同性别间没有明显差异；而在藏汉不同民族间有明显差异，表现为藏族青年取脉压力大，汉族青年取脉压力小。究其形成的原因，主要与世居和移居居民对高寒环境的适应能力有关。
The essay showed that there is no obvious difference in healthy tibetan and han youthl s pulse pressure and pulse chart in different altitude and sexes through analysing 4OO pulse charts of tibetan and han youth who lived in different altitude;but the difference is very obvious between two nationalities of tibetan and han, which indicates the strong pulse pressure of tibetan and the weak of han' s. This situation is mainly caused by the adapting ability to hypoxia -cold invironment of the local habitance and immigrant.
