摘要
清代,广东盐区是全国的大盐区之一,盐课收入是广东地方政务的重要财政来源之一,被广泛地应用于盐务官员薪费及日常开支、缉私、捕盗、军饷支出、河工建设、赈济、藉抵赌饷等用途。通过研究盐课收入在地方政务中的流向,可探知盐业经济对地方政务所产生的影响,同时也揭示出清代广东盐业与地方社会的关系。
In Ching dynasty,the salt district of Guangdong was one of the important largest salt district in the whole country. The salt revenue is the imporant constituent part of the local government affair which was widely used to pay the official salaries,the military expenditure,the fare of suppressing smuggling, to counteract the debt of the stake,and to carry out the river construction,ect. Through studying the ditribution of the salt revenue in the local government affair,we can know the influence that the salt economy had on the local government affair, and even reveal the relationship of the salt industry and the lacal society in Guangdong in Ching dynasty.
