摘要
通过正交试验确定了棉织物中性纤维素酶整理工艺,即酶用量4%(owf)、pH值6.5、时间45 m in、温度45℃、浴比20∶1。与酸性纤维素酶整理的棉织物进行比较,试验结果表明,经中性纤维素酶整理的棉织物效果较好,对织物损伤小,防沾色效果优良。
Neutral cellulase treatment of cotton fabric is carried out by orthogonal test, the optimum conditions are defined as follows： cellulase dosage 4%owf, pH value 6, 5, treating at 45℃ for 45minutes, bath ratio 20： 1. Results are compared with those with acid cellulase, it is said that cotton fabric treated with neutral enzyme features better properties, less damage and superior anti-staining.
