摘要
BT模式对于缓解轨道交通项目建设中经常面临的资金紧张问题以及提高项目建设的效率具有重要意义。本文提出了一种轨道交通项目造价的确定方法——GMP方法,GMP是保证最大工程费用(Guar-anteedMaximumPrice)的简称,指承建单位向业主保证合同的总费用不超过规定的数额。这种方法可大大减轻业主在投资控制方面的风险,同时鼓励施工单位采用价值工程方法挖掘潜力,节约投资。
The BT （Build-Transfer） model has significant importance to release the shortage of capital in rail traffic project, and it is also very useful to improve the efficiency of the project. This paper introduces a new method--GMP （Guaranteed Maximum Price） to calculate the cost of a rail traffic project. This toothed can reduce the risk of the owner in cost controlling greatly. Meanwhile, it can encourage the constructor to lower the cost.
