摘要
利用水力旋流技术对瓦斯泥进行湿法脱锌,是现有瓦斯泥脱锌技术中设备最简单、占地面积最小、运行费用最低的技术。简要介绍了宝铜利用水力旋流技术进行1BF瓦斯泥脱锌的科研及工程实施的情况,在保证脱锌率为70%时,回收率可达60%以上,着重从工程设计角度介绍实施瓦斯泥脱锌工程需解决的一系列关键问题,并对采用水力旋流分离技术实施高炉瓦斯泥脱锌工程的投入与产出进行了初步分析。
Up to now, hydrocyclone technology for zinc removal from BF sludge, is the best hydrometallurgy with simple equipment, small area and low operation cost. The research and implementation of the project of zinc removal from Baosteel No. 1 BF sludge using hydrocyclone technology is introduced briefly in this paper. It needs to be pointed out that the ratio of zinc removal will reach 70% , and the recovery rate will be over 60%. A series of key problems in implementation of the zinc removal project need to be solved in terms of the project design. A preliminary analysis of the project' s investment and returns has been made.
