Ca掺杂对纳米晶LaFeO_3的光催化性能及微观结构的影响 被引量:5

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备LaFeO3纳米晶,对其进行Ca掺杂。以荧光汞灯为光源,通过降解次甲基蓝有机废水溶液,考察Ca的掺杂量和焙烧温度对LaFeO3的光催化性能的影响;用XRD和TEM研究Ca掺杂对LaFeO3的微观结构的影响。研究表明:700℃时,掺杂少量Ca可以明显增加LaFeO3的光催化性能。掺杂Ca不改变LaFeO3结晶的晶面择优取向,但使各晶面的衍射峰增强,减小各晶面间距和晶胞尺寸。 LaFeO3 nanocrystals were synthesized by the sol-gel method, and doped Ca in the LaFeO3. Using the fluorescent lamp as a source of light, the effect of the amount of doped Ca and the calciner temperature on the photocatalystic function of LaFeO3 was studied by photodegradate organic wastewater solution of C16H18ClN3S. The effect of the amount of doped Ca on the microstructure of LaFeO3 was studied by the XRD and TEM. The results indicate that a small quantity doped Ca can increase photocatalystic function of LaFeO3 obviously at 700℃. It does not change preferred orientation of LaFeO3 crystals, while it can strengthen the diffusion of crystals surfaces and decrease the distance between crystal surfaces and cell size.
