摘要
目的:了解现有HIV诊断试剂的敏感性、特异性等性能。方法:以免疫印迹法(WB)为金标准,用9种诊断试剂进行对比检测并统计分析。结果:5种ELISA试剂和4种快速诊断试剂与WB法检测结果差异无统计学意义。结论:9种诊断试剂均可达到卫生部《HIV抗体诊断试剂临床评估方案的实施办法》中替代方案的试剂要求。
Objective： To investigate and evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of HIV antibody diagnostic reagents. Methods： Contradistinctive test and statistic analysis were conducted among nine kinds of diagnostic reagents according to golden rule with western Blot （WB）. Results： The testing results of five kinds of ELISA reagent and four kinds of expoditious reagent comparing with West Blot （WB） were not statistical different. Conclusion： All of the reagents can reach the demands of substituting scheme Based on ＂implement methods of clinical evaluation scheme of HIV antibody diagnosoic reagents＂ issued by Health Ministry.
