摘要
目的了解卡介苗多糖核酸注射液(BCG-PSN)对哮喘的治疗效果。方法将国内107例成人中度哮喘根据给药方式分为三组:BCG-PSN注射组;BCG-PSN注射+吸入激素组;吸入激素组。观察用药3个月后的血清IgE滴度值、临床疗效及肺功能变化。结果给予BCG-PSN治疗的两组,治疗后IgE滴度值比治疗前有显著的降低;三组的治疗评定:BCG-PSN注射组总有效率58%;吸入激素组75.6%;BCG-PSN注射+吸入激素组87%。且三组肺功能均有改善。结论BCG-PSN对哮喘患者的免疫失衡有调节作用,可提高临床治疗效果,改善预后。
Objective To study clinical effect of adult patients suffered with midrange asthma who accepted injection of bacille Calmette guerin-polycose nucleinic acid（BCG-PSN）. Methods According to administration the patient were devided into three groups： Injection BCG-PSN （IJ） group; injection BCG-PSN and inhale hormone （IJ＋IH） group ;inhale hormone （IH） group. IgE serum tite; clinical effect and pulmonary function were detected after three months. Result IgE serum tite of two groups which accepted BCG-PSN were significantly lower after treatment .Effective rate of IJ,IH,IJ＋IH was 58%,75.6%,87%, respectively;pulmonary function were all improved relating to clinical evaluation. Conclusion BCG-PSN can regulate the immune balance and raise climical effect to the asthma patients.
