摘要
为探索新形势下临床护理教学管理模式及护士长在护理实习教学中的督导作用,自2000年开始,科室建立并完善了临床教学管理组织,加强了带教组长和带教老师的选拔及培训,完善了临床教学质量评价体系,建立了竞争激励机制。带教老师素质提高,创造了良好的临床护理实习环境,护生综合能力明显提高,达到了教学相长。护士长的重视,科学的教学管理体系,多种形式的临床教学活动,严格的检查与监控是提高临床教学质量的关键。
Objective: To explore the management mode of clinical nursing education and the supervisor and director roles of head nurse under the new situation. Methods: Some measures such as developing and perfecting the management organization of clinical nursing education, strengthening the selection and training system of clinical teaching leaders and teachers, improving the clinical teaching evaluation system and setting up the competition and encouragement mechanism have been carried out since year 2000. Results: The diathesis of the clinical teachers has been elevated, the environment of clinical nursing education has been improved, the comprehensive abilities of nursing students have been enhanced significantly, making teaching and learning benefit from each other simultaneously. Conclusion: The key points of improving clinical education quality turn out to be the highly thought of the head nurses, scientific teaching management system, various clinical teaching forms and strict examination, monitoring and control on it.
