摘要
１９８８年３月到１９９５年１０月间，手术治疗晚期甲状腺癌（简称甲癌）６８例，临床治愈４７例，治愈率６９．１％。本文对晚期甲癌的临床特点及并发症进行了分析讨论，作者认为在评估手术治疗效果及手术指证时应持积极态度，只要患者能承受手术，就不应放弃手术治疗的机会，并提出了晚期甲癌手术治疗的方案供同道参考。
Abstract:68 cases of advanced thyroid cancer were operated on from 1988 ,3～1995 , 10. 47 cases (69. 1 %) were clinically cured. The authors discussed clinical characteristics and surgical complications of advanced cases. The authors came to the conclussion that many patients with late staged thytoid carcinoma could still benfit by aggressive surgery.
