针对企业科协如何发挥党委和行政联系科技工作者的纽带和桥梁作用,成为推进企业科技进步的重要力量,建立关怀科技人员成才和发展的“科技工作者之家”等方面,谈几点体会。
A few of experiences are talked about how to exert the link and bridge function between party committee, administrative department contact with scientific and technological working personnels, to build up the family that shows loving care for growing of a talent and development of scientific and technological working personnels, and to exert the vigorous function of enterprise association for science and technology in enterprise innovation.
