含硫气体元素硫溶解度预测模型研究 被引量:8

STUDY ON THE FORECAST MODEL FOR SOLUBILITY OF ELEMENT SULFUR IN SOUR GAS

摘要 元素硫溶解度的准确预测是含硫气藏开发过程中必须首先解决的问题之一。针对当前广泛用于元素硫溶解度预测的Chrastll模型在拟合实验数据存在较大偏差的问题,利用国内外大量实验数据对该模型系数进行了拟合、修正和重新评价。结果发现,基于一套系数的Chrastll模型在拟合高压下元素硫溶解度的实验测试数据时具有较大偏差;对于单组分和多组分实验数据,均可以找到一个密度拐点值,以此值为界可以把实验数据分为高压区和低压区;基于高压区和低压区的实验数据分别拟合得到的两套Chrastll模型系数则能较大地提高该模型对实验数据的拟合精度。 The accurate prediction on the solubility of the element sulfur is one of the problems that need to be solved firstly in the development of sour gas pool. The Chrastll model which is widely used for the prediction of the solubility of elemental sulfur has big error when fitting experimental data, so, the coefficients of the model is re-fitted, modified and reevaluated by using many experimental data both in China and abroad. Through research, we find that: ①There is a rather difference when using a set of coefficients of the Chrastll model to fit the experimental data of the solubility of element sulfur in high pressures; ②Based on the experimental data of single and multiple ingredient gas, there is a density inflexion which can divide the experimental data into high and low pressure area; ③The coefficients of two sets of Chrastll model got by fitting the experimental data of high and low pressure area respectively could improve the fitting precision. The result of this research is important to predict the solubility of sulfur in acid fume exactly.
