摘要
观测100例健康儿童足甲襞微循环,得出儿童足甲襞微循环十七项指标的正常数值,提出了儿童足甲襞微循环的检测方法;将该组儿童足与手甲襞微循环比较,指出足甲襞微循环的特点,为儿童足甲襞微循环的临床应用提供观测方法和客观指标.
17 indexes of nailfold microcirculation in the 1st toes of left f.oot of 100 healthy children(2-12 year old) were observed under the microcirculation microscope. Normal reference values of those 17 indexes were obtained and the examination method was also discussed. The microcirculation characteristics of foot nailfold was described after being compared with his own hand nailfold. The study supplied objective data and examination method for clinical application of foot nailfold microcirculation in children.
