富马毒素污染情况及其污染原因分析
摘要
富马毒素广泛存在于与人、动物相关的食品、粮食中,对人、动物存在极大危害。作者综述了富马毒素在国内外食品、饲料中的污染状况,分析了造成污染的原因以及提出了去除富马毒素的方法。
