摘要
马齿苋具有清热解毒、益气润肠、散血消肿、止痢等功效,现代医学认为其有明确的降糖、抗炎、抗菌、调血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗氧化等作用。文章探讨了马齿苋在糖尿病性腹泻中的应用特点及机理,以期能更好的指导临床用药。
Purslane has the effects of heat- clearing and detoxicating, nourishing qi to moisten bowel, eliminating stasis to sudue swelling and stopping dysentery. In modern medicine, it is considered as having the effects of lowering blood sugar level, antiinflammation, antibiosis, adjusting blood - fat, antiartherosclerosis, and antioxidation. In this paper, purslane＇s applied characteristics and mechanism in diabetic diarrhea was probed into for the purpose of directing clinical medication for the better.
