该文给出了基于多层结构呼叫中心平台的一种设计方案,介绍了平台采用的结构模型、消息机制及平台的接口设计、模块组成等.
The article gives a design for the call center platform base on multi-tier structure. It also introduces the struttural pattern and information system used in the platform, interface design of the platform and module composition etc.
