摘要
建设和谐的企业文化是建设和谐企业、构建和谐社会的基础,也是企业可持续发展的有力保证。企业要贯彻以人为本的基本原则,顺应外部环境和自身条件的发展变化,克服文化惰性并注重创新精神的培养,关注企业旧有文化并做到与传统文化以及社会文化的有机融合。
Building the harmonious enterprise culture is the base of building the harmonious enterprise and harmonious society, also the strong guarantee for the enterprises to develop consistently. Enterprises must carry, out the basic principles of humanism, adapt to the changes of exterior environment and the changes in themselves, get rid of the cuhural inertia, emphasize the cultivation of innovation, take great concern of the union of previous enterprise culture, traditional culture and social culture.
