摘要
就沉降观测技术在建筑施工中的应用问题，对仪器设备、人员素质、观测时间、观测点、沉降观测精度、观测成果及计算要求等方面提出了沉降观测的基本要求，介绍了沉降观测的具体观测程序及步骤，并对观测中的注意事项做了介绍。
According to the settlement observation technology in building construction, from instrument and equipment, personnel quality, observation time, observation accuracy, interpretation of results and other aspects requirements on settlement observation are proposed. Combined with practical work practical observation process and steps are introduced as well as points for attention in observation.
