摘要
对PET/Vectra A900(TLCP)共混体系的流变与结晶诱导行为进行了研究。结果表明:PET/TLCP的流变行为与组成密切有关,高TLCP含量(30wt.%)的流体呈现与纯LCP相似的非牛顿流体特征并存在一定的屈服应力;低TLCP含量(5wt.%)的共混物流体则相似于纯PET的近牛顿流体的特征,但粘度有所降低,介于中间的组成随切变速率的变化呈现两个区域的流动特征。对共混体系法向应力的测定表明:第一法向应力差负值的出现与测试条件有关。在剪切条件下,由于TLCP的诱导作用,使PET在熔体状态下出现了结晶现象。
The rheological properties and the induced crystallization behaviors were studied for PET/Vectra A900(TLCP) blends. The results show that the rhcological properties of PET / TLCP blend system is considerably composition dependent; in case of 30TLCP/70PET blend, it exhibits a Non-Newtonian flow behavior with a yield stress at lower shear rate, which is similar to the flow behavior of pure TLCP; on the contrary, 5TLCP/ 95PET shows a flow behavior similar to that of pure PET. Both 10TLCP/ 90PET and 20TLCP / 80PET blends show a two regions flow curves. The negative first normal stress difference observed is significantly effected by the test coditions. The shear-induced crystallization behavior of PET component is observed for 10TLCP/90PET blend even under melt state due to the existance of TLCP.
