摘要
传动效率是齿轮减速器的重要性能指标之一,传统的试验装置基于二次仪表测试技术,存在不足。为改善测试的功能,基于labview7.0软件平台和NI公司的相应硬件,本文构建了一种基于虚拟仪器的测试系统和测试方法,实测证明构建的系统正确、使用的技术方法可行。
Transmission efficiency is one of the important capabilities of gear transmission set,the conventional experimentation device is often based on secondary instrument testing technique and has many disadvantages.To improve the performance,a new technique based on virtual instrument of NI is developed and confirmed to be efficiency by testing.
