摘要
目的观察敏康片对青少年过敏体质的改善情况。方法选择花粉症、哮喘、特应性皮炎患者进行治疗,共治疗6个月,观察临床症状改善情况,实验室检测IgE和过敏相关基因表达的改变情况。结果治疗前后患者症状、IgE和基因表达均有改变。结论提示中药可以缓解青少年过敏症状,改变体内高致敏状态。
Objective To observe the regulative effect of Minkang Tablets on juvenile atopy. Mehtod The patients with pollinosis, asthma or atopic dermatitis were selected and treated with Minkang Tablets for 6 months and the relief of clinical symptoms were observed. IgE and relative genes were detected in laboratory. Result The symptoms, IgE and gene expressions all changed after the treatment. Conclusion Chinese herbal drugs can alleviate the symptoms of juvenile atopy and regulate the high sensitized state.
