摘要
论述了长寿复吹技术在马钢30 t转炉上的应用.分析了马钢第二钢轧总厂30 t复吹转炉和顶吹转炉的冶金效果.结果表明,与顶吹相比,复吹冶炼终点的碳氧积有所降低;在相同终点碳含量下,复吹终渣中的w(TFe)含量较低,钢水残锰量较高.这充分说明,复吹工艺改造后,由于强化了熔池内的搅拌效果,使得炼钢过程反应更趋近于平衡状态.
In this paper, the apphcation of long- life combined blowing technology to the 30t converter at Ma Steel is described. The metallurgical effects top-blowing and combined blowing of the converter are analyzed. The results show that, with combined blowing, the measured w[C] · w[O] product at the end point of smelting and w (TFe) in end slag are relatively lower , and the content of remained manganese obtained with the same carbon content is higher than these with top blowing. All of these adequately prove that the reaction of smelting process is closer to equilibrium by strengthened stirring in metal bath after adoption of combined blowing technology.
