摘要
随着城市化的发展,郑州市城市防洪的压力不断增加,而规划中位于城市下游的龙湖水系是一项集生态、景观、旅游、水资源利用等多种功能于一体的综合性系统工程。本文分析了修建龙湖工程后发生各种重现期暴雨洪水时,与龙湖水系密切相关的城市河道的水情状态;通过水文水力计算,明确了龙湖工程与城市防洪的关系;论证了龙湖参与城市防洪的必要性和可能性,以及参与城市防洪的程度和条件。
With the development of urbanization, the pressure of urban flood control in Zhengzhou has been increasing in recent years. The planned Dragon Lake System lying at the lower reaches of the city is a comprehensive and systematic project including multiple functions such as zoology, sight, tour and water resources. In this paper, the water situation of urban rivers which has a close relationship with Dragon Lake System is analyzed after constructing the project. By the hydrologic and hydraulic calculation, the relationship between the construction of Dragon Lake project and urban flood control is made clear and the necessity and possibility of the participation of the Dragon Lake in urban flood control is reasoned. At last the degree and condition of the participation of the Dragon Lake in the urban flood control is discussed.
