高温热处理对光滑层热解炭裂纹形成的影响 被引量:8

Influence of heat-treatment on crack initiation in smooth laminar pyrolytic carbon matrix

摘要 采用金相显微镜和透射电镜研究了高温热处理前后炭/炭复合材料光滑层热解炭的微观结构。结果表明:高温热处理对光滑层热解炭的消光角和取向角影响不显著,但导致光滑层热解炭中裂纹的形成。结合金相显微结构、中心暗场象和高分辨晶格条纹象的研究,证实了高温热处理导致光滑层热解炭中局部应力石墨化,并阐明了热处理导致局部应力石墨化的机理。 The microstructure of smooth laminar carbon matrix in carbon/carbon composites before and after heat-treatment were investigated by polarizing microscope and transmission electron micrscope. Results show that heat-treatment does not affect the light eliminating angle and oriented angle of smooth laminar pyrolytic carbon matrix, but results in crack formation and propagation in the smooth laminar pyrolytic carbon matrix. Combining polarizing micrographs, tilted dark-fleld images with high resolution TEM images of C/C composites, local stress induced graphitization was confirmed to take place in smooth laminar pyrolytic carbon matrix due to heat-treatment and the mechanism was discussed.
