摘要
文章回顾了我国粮食补贴政策实施的历程,对现行粮食直接补贴政策进行了分析。直接补贴政策虽然在一定程度上纠正了以往补贴政策的某些不足,但是本身也存在缺陷,不完全符合政府的初衷和不利于农业的长期生产。结合我国的实际情况,建议直接补贴和间接补贴综合实行,并加大间接补贴力度。
This paper f＇trst looks back to the progress of executing grain subsidy policy in China,and then analyses the reasonable and unreasonable factors of current direct grain subsidy policy.Direct grain subsidy policy corrects some shortcomings of the former subsidy policy to some extent, but it also has defects such as not matching the government＇s original intent and being unfavorable to the agricultural development in long time.According to the practical situations ,China can carry out direct grain subsidy policy and indirect grain subsidy policy comprehensively and strengthen the level of indirect grain subsidy policy.
