摘要
本文阐述了黑龙江省近期利用辐射诱变与离体生物技术、远缘杂交、有性杂交相结合,以及辐射诱变处理纯基因型品种(系)等技术方法,选育粮食、经济和蔬菜作物新品种13个,累计推广面积100万公顷。创造具有突出特性的突变体丰富了种质资源。结果表明辐射诱变与其他技术方法相结合,能够扩大变异谱,提高变异率,缩短育种周期等特点.
The paper is expounded in recent years that the 13 new varities of food、economy and vegetable crops were released by means of combining radiation induced mutation with in vitro biotechnology, distant crossing and treating homoxygous varieties(line),and accumulation amount to a million ha. The results showed that these methods could raise mutation frequency,expand variation rate, also could shorten the period of breeding. The studies have found the effective way for creating mutants with excellent characters.
