摘要
医学人文素质教育系统化是十分必要的。“以人为本”和医学人文关怀是对人文素质教育的客观要求,构建和谐医院及和谐人际关系是对医学人文素质教育的目标要求,医学人文素质教育系统化是实现教育目标的重要保证。医学人文素质教育是一项系统工程,必须坚持整体性与个体性相统一原则;目标性和阶段性相统一原则;层次性和立体多维性相统一原则。医学人文素质教育系统化构建是复杂的系统工程,涉及组织领导和组织机构、课程体系、教材、师资队伍的建设、教学改革与创新等方面的相互配合、协调发展,才能够构建起医学人文素质教育的基本框架。因此,必须坚持科学设计,全方位思考,精心筹划,坚持医学人文素质教育的科学化、系统化。
Great necessity should be placed on how to systematize education in terms of humanity quality in medical college. Medical humanity, basing on humane care and concern, is an objective requisite of humanity quality education in medical college. Constructing become the decisive point in achieving the object. coordinate hospitals as well as harmonious relationships get to Systematization of humanity quality education has become the important gurantee to attain the goal. It is a systematic program, which entails the unity of the collectivity and the individuality, the unity of the general goal and the different stages, the unity of diverse levels and multi - dimensions. It is also a complicated project, concerning the mutual coorporations and coordinations of different aspects such as the construction of leader group, institutions, curriculum systems, teaching materials, teaching faculty, teaching reform and innovation and etc. Therefore, it is imperative to adhere to scientific design, comprehensive consideration, delicate planning and systematization of scientific humanity quality education.
