摘要
本研究以近年引入甘肃的根蘖型苜蓿为试材,调查了其在甘肃不同生态地区根蘖性状的表现,比较研究了不同地区根蘖型苜蓿同工酶的变化,结果如下;根蘖性状的表现与热量关系密切;与土壤营养好坏没有直接相关关系且具有较强的抗盐碱能力;根蘖节膨大程度是根蘖发生高低的外部标志;扦插繁殖的根蘖率高于种子繁殖;氧化物酶活性的高低与其生长发育状况的好坏及根蘖率的高低相一致。
The creeping-rooted alfalfa,recently introduced to Gansu,was studied experimentally in different ecological zones in Gansu Province.The suckering characters and variance in peroxidase isoenzymes of this alfalfa,when grown under different ecological conditions,were investigated and studied comparatively.The results showed a close relation of root sucker performance with temperature but no direct correlation with the levels of soil nutrients and salts.The extent to which the suckering nodes expanded'was found to be a good indication of sucker rate.It was also detected that the plants reproduced vegetatively by cutting had higher sucker rates than those re- produced by seeds,and that the activity of peroxidase isoenzymes was in correspondence with plant growth and suker rate.
