摘要
我们对２３１例（２４８只眼）７５岁以上老年人施行了现代白内障囊外摘除，一期或二期后房人工晶体植入术，术后获得了满意效果。随访１～５３月，平均１６．８月，矫正视力达０．５以上者占７９．８６％。由于老年人多数有老年性疾病，手术风险较大，故作者介绍了术前、术中、术后各个环节的注意事项。
We performed extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in 248 eyes of 231 patients aged 75～91 years. All operations were successfully accomplished. Visual acuity of 0 5 or better was achiveved in 79 86% of the eyes. Since the health state was often compromised in the aged, to ensure uneventful operations, the ophthalmic surgeon should be meticulous in perioperative and postoperative care.
