摘要
资本外逃是发展中国家金融危机的导火索,已经引起国际货币基金组织和各国金融监管部门的高度重视。本文简要介绍了资本外逃的渠道、我国资本外逃的测算规模和对我国金融市场开放的危害,并对我国治理国有资产流失和监控资本外逃提出了几点建议。
As triggers for financial crises, capital flight has attracted attentions of International of Monetary Fund, and financial bureaucracies in the world as well. This paper gives a brief view to channels of capital flight, estimation the harms of capital flights from the nation. Some suggestions on monitoring the financial crises and state substances are proposed.
