细长轴数控补偿加工的动态数值模拟

Numerical simulation of cutting long-slim shaft by NC compensation method

摘要 介绍一种细长轴连续切削的数控补偿加工方法,在以往的细长轴静态的数控加工补偿方法的基础上,重点阐述加工过程中细长轴动态变形的具体形式、连续走刀造成的弹性变形值的模拟计算、补偿值数组的形成,以及NC编程的补偿设定等关键技术的研究。最后,展望细长轴切削加工过程数值模拟的发展方向。 Introduce a methodology to deal with the cutting continuously of long-slim shaft by NC compensation process,discusses some key aspects in the FEM simulation of long-slim shaft cutting process,including describe the accurate elastic deform curve of the long slim shaft,simulate the deform values of every step by the tool cutting forwards continuously,the build of the compensation dimension,also the setting of the compensation values in the NC process.At last,future works of FEM simulation for long slim shaft cutting process are expected.
