摘要
随着经济的全球化,国际制造业巨头纷纷将生产基地迁往我国,在这种经济形势下,我们迫切需要大批高级技能人员来促进制造业的发展。数据显示我国高级技能人员严重短缺,政府对高级技能人员开发投入不足,高等技术教育学生生源不能保证,学校缺乏办学特色,学校培养模式存在缺陷。近几年经济的发展使得我国的高级技能人员的开发迫在眉睫。
Along with economic globalization, the international manufacturing has to be relocated to our production base in this economic situation, we urgently need a large number of senior staff skills to promote the development of manufacturing industry. But our data shows that the acute shortage of senior staff skills, Inadequate government input in Senior personnel skills development, higher technical education sector recruits can not guarantee that students in schools with a lack of schools, school training modes shortcomings is the direct cause of the shortage of our highly skilled staff, In recent years the economic development caused the development of our highly skilled personnel imminent.
