摘要
美国航天飞机的地面保障系统包括航天跟踪和数据网(STDN)、网控制中心(NCC)、航天指控中心(MCC)和有效载荷操作控制中心(POCC)。本文综述上述各部分的组成、任务及它们之间的关系,并就我国载人航天测控通信网的操作控制中心的建设提出了基本看法。
The supporting ground systems of the U. S. Space Shuttle include theSpaceflight Tracking and Data Network (STDN), the Network Control Center (NCC),the Mission Control Center (MCC), and the Payload Operations Control Centers(POCCs). This paper summerises the systemic components, mission and relationsbetween each other. Finally, author proposes the suggestions and basic opinionabout configuration of the operation control centers of the manned spaceflight trackingand communications network in our country.
