摘要
本文从绿色住宅与住宅智能化的相互关系谈起,提出了现代绿色住宅及住宅智能化的概念,然后分析我国绿色智能住宅的特点、重点与难点,最后对我国发展绿色智能住宅提出了几点建议。
This paper first talks about the relationship of green residents and resident intelligentized, then refers to the concept of modern green residents and resident intelligentized and analyses the characters, emphases and difficulties.At last it gives some advice to the development of green intelligent residents.
