It is highly important to form an overall, coordinating, and sustainable development concept, and adhere to the education mission ＂employment is guiding with the high quality as the basis and features create a name for innovation＂. The independent education should be open to the whole society and market, with self- disciplined development mechanism for market economy and social development, through which the capacity and advantages for development can be obtained.
