摘要
论述了建设监理行业的现状及我国建设监理存在的问题,指出我国建设监理行业的发展方向是应整合成为一个统一为业主工程管理服务的行业,并提出了具体的措施,即树立创新意识,不断提高监理工作水平;抓住投资体制改革的机遇,拓展建设监理内容;建立一支结构合理、素质较高、能在国内外从事监理的队伍;建立起讲竞争、讲法制、讲信用的市场秩序。
This paper discusses on the present situation of the construction supervision trade and the problems existing in our country＇s construction supervision, points out that our country＇s construction supervision trade should be integrated into a trade providing the unified service for owners＇ engineering management, and puts forward some concrete measures,which include establishing the innovation consciousness and increasing the level of the supervision, grasping the opportunity of the reform of investment system and broadening the contents of the construction supervision, establishing the ranks with the rational structure, higher quality and the ability of working on the domestic and foreign supervision, and setting up the new market order of competition, legality and credit.
