摘要
分析目前国内多系统互联的调、配自动化系统在运行中存在的主要问题。根据国内运行和研发实际,阐述地/县调控中心采用调/配/GIS(地理信息系统)一体化系统的可行性和有利条件,展望应用前景。说明实施一体化系统应该关注的主要工程问题,分析一体化系统建设和运行效益。介绍一个典型调控中心建设和应用一体化系统的概况。结果表明:一体化系统具有明显的技术和经济优势,尤其适合地/县级调控中心推广应用。
The main problems of dispatching and distributing automation system in operation of interconnected master stations were analyzed. According to the practice of the application and development in China, the feasibility and favorable conditions of adopting a new technique of integrating dispatching-distributing automation with GIS in district/county dispatching center were discussed, and the prospect of the integrated technology application was prognosticated. Some engineering problems were considered, and the cost-benefit to the integrated system construction,operation and maintenance was specially analyzed. Finally, a typical condition of construction and application for the integrated system in dispatching/control center was put forward. It is shown that the technology and economic benefit of the integrated system are very prominent, and it is especially suitable for district/county dispatching center.
