摘要
采用序批式生物膜反应器和混凝处理工艺对中段废水进行试验,探讨了序批式生物膜反应器处理中段废水的影响因素.结果表明,在优化工艺条件下采用序批式生物膜反应器处理中段废水,CODcr去除率达75.3%,BOD5去除率达76.6%,经混凝后,出水可达到DB 44/26-2001的二级排放标准.
At present, the research direction to solve the water pollution problem in papermaking industry is to apply new technology to treat middle stage wastewater. In the paper, the authors study on middle-stage wastewater treatment by using sequencing biofilm batch reactor and flocculation technology. The influencing factors of sequencing biofilm batch reactor used to treat middle-stage waste water is also discussed. The results of experiment indicated that CODcr removal rate can reach 75. 3% and BOD5 removal rate can reach 76. 6% by using sequencing biofilm batch reactor in the optimized conditions. After flocculation, the effluent accords with the second discharge standard of DB 44/26--2001.
